According to local reports, Bieber was driving a yellow Lamborghini that police saw drag racing a Ferrari in a residential area of Miami Beach. Miami Beach police say Bieber "showed signs of impairment" and was given a sobriety test, which he failed.
Bieber was taken into custody and booked on the drunk driving charge, but not before he resisted arrest and went on a profanity laced tirade.
