Erykah Badu, Mary J. Blige and Lionel Richie will be in New Orleans for the anticipated 2014 Essence Festival.
Set to take place July 4th weekend (July 3-6) at the Superdome in New Orleans, the annual event will also include performances from Jill Scott, Sevyn Streeter, 112, Charlie Wilson, Ledisi, Elle Varner, Leela James, PJ Morton, Raheem DeVaughn, Robert Glasper and Naughty by Nature.
As previously reported, Prince will headline this year's festival, which will also feature empowerment sessions with Rev. Al Sharpton, Steve Harvey and Iyanla Vanzant.
