Justin Timberlake and Mariah Carey are kicking off Hollywood award season in a big way with nominations for their work in films including Inside Llewyn Davis and The Butler.
Earlier today (Thursday) Justin Timberlake was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
Up for Best Original Song-Motion Picture, Timberlake is nominated thanks to his vocal and written contribution to "Please Mr. Kennedy" from Inside Llewyn Davis, the Coen Brothers' upcoming film about the Sixties folk scene in Greenwich Village, New York.
Ed Rush, George Cromarty, T Bone Burnett, Joel Coen and Ethan Coen are also credited on "Please Mr. Kennedy."
