Fantasia, Tamar Braxton, Miguel Albums Named Top 10 in R&B For 2013

From John Legend and TGT to Fantasia and Tamar Braxton, 2013 saw some major releases in R&B. Featuring hit singles like "Lose To Win," "All of Me" and "Love and War," each of these artists, and a few others, made the top 10 on Billboard's year end R&B Albums and R&B Albums Artists charts. Leading the race is Justin Timberlake, who has sold over 3 million copies of his efforts "The 20/20 Experience" and "The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2." Featuring collaborations with Timbaland and Jay Z, the albums spawned hit singles including "TKO," "Suit & Tie and "Take Back The Night." Robin Thicke follows Timberlake at no.2 on the tally with "Blurred Lines." Featuring collaborations with Pharrell and T.I., Thicke's album features the breakthrough hit "Blurred Lines" and the recent no.1 charting single "For The Rest of My Life." Even though it was released in 2012, Rihanna's "Unapologetic" is next on the list, lifted by songs like "Stay" and "Pour It Up." It is followed by another 2012 release -- Alicia Keys' "Girl on Fire." Coming in at no.6 and no.7 are new releases from Fantasia Barrino and Tamar Braxton, who are both nominated for 2014 Grammy Awards based on their efforts "Side Effects of You" and "Love and War." Both albums and singles did well in 2013 for these women, including lead tracks "Lose To Win," "Without Me," "All The Way Home" and "Love and War." Rounding out the top 10 are Miguel, John Legend and The Weeknd with albums "Kaleidoscope Dream," "Love In The Future" and "Trilogy."
