We often forget about all the hard work from the talented people behind Beyonce at her shows. Recently, Bey’s background singers Montina Cooper-Donnell, Crystal Collins and Tiffany Moniqué Riddick, a.k.a The Mamas, sat down with Hot 97 host Ebro Darden to chat about working with Yonce and the fact that they’re planning on a group project of their own.
"You know what, she would support because that’s the type of artist she is," said Montina about Bey in regards to how she would feel about them stepping out with their own music.
"That’s what I love about her," exclaimed Chrissy. "She gives everybody their shine and she believes in us. She loves us so we love her."
"She’s not intimidated by talent," adds Tiffany. "In fact she likes to showcase it. Like, she know she’s confident and what she has to offer, but she’s just as proud of the team behind her."
