For you dedicated Ashanti fans, she has just released a new digital EP for your holiday pleasure entitled, ‘A Wonderful Christmas with Ashanti’.
No, it’s not her long-awaited studio album, BraveHeart, but at least you get to hear the Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter croon her own renditions of several holiday classics.
Along with the EP, Ashanti stars as “Teanna,” a store consultant, in Lifetime Network’s new movie, Christmas in the City, which premiered on Saturday, December 7th and will repeat several times on the network throughout the holiday season. The EP’s lead offering, “Let It Snow,” serves as the theme song for the film and other songs from the set are featured throughout the movie.
